Nurture and Thrive OT is a mobile occupational therapy provider offering services to families in Duval County and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to Maternal Health and Wellness, Lactation Support, Infant Screening's, Pediatric Therapy, Early Intervention, and more. The mission behind Nurture and Thrive OT is to meet our patient's where they are and develop a customized treatment plan to meet their needs and reach their goals.
Therapies may take place in the home, hospital, daycare/childcare, school (when applicable), parks/playgrounds, and more.

Dayana received her Bachelor's of Science degree with a major in Family, Youth, and Community Science from the University of Florida in 2016 and later completed her Occupational Therapy Doctorate at Jacksonville University.
Dayana always knew she wanted to work with children and once she became a mother she quickly discovered her passion in supporting other mom's in exploring the role and occupation that is motherhood. During graduate school she completed her Capstone with Northeast FL AHEC, providing infant and post-partum education to new and expecting mother's in order to reduce parental stress. She also has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, and more. Dayana loves to provide with children and their families the necessary tools to reach their full potential.
Through her experience as a pediatric therapist, she also discovered a love for assisting older kid's and their families with discovering a new set of skills in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) whether through common chores, money management, leisure, and more.
Dayana is a mother of three beautiful and strong willed children ages 12, 8, and 2. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family taking walks to the park, trying new places to eat, watching movies and shows, attending soccer or football games, and traveling.
