We offer mobile services that can be provided in-home, in the community, in the hospital, and more. 

Dayana hold's the following licenses and credentials: Occupational Therapist Registered and Licensed, Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and Autism Specialist Certification. Dayana has also completed various Continuing Education Courses to include Assessment and Intervention for TOTs in Feeding Therapy, Physical Agent Modalities, Maternal Health, OT Breastfeeding Role, Birth Trauma, Postpartum Care, and more.

We will be happy to provide you with detailed information, discuss your families specific needs, and assist with scheduling. 

We accept payment via check, cash, and credit card. Payment is due at time of services rendered unless otherwise discussed. 

It is the expectation that all clients receiving services are financially responsible for timely payment of all charges incurred. It is up to the therapists discretion to postpone services until payment is rendered. 

At this time we do not accept insurance. We provide out of network (OON) services with health insurance. OON reimbursement is not guaranteed from insurance and it is our recommendation to contact them directly regarding reimbursement for OON services. 

Nurture and Thrive OT can provide you with necessary documentation including a Superbill/Itemized Receipt for reimbursement purposes as requested. 

We offer payment plans to families depending on your needs. This will be discussed over consultation and evaluation.
