20-30 Minute Consultation over the phone or video call to discuss needs, service options, and get to know each other. 

In order to begin services, an initial evaluation is required. They may take 1.5-2 hours to complete and will go over medical history, current concerns, assessments will be administered, and goals will be created together. A formal report will be written and provided as requested. A 25% deposit is required when scheduling initial evaluation. 

Pediatric Occupational Therapy treatment will be billed by the hour and due at time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. These will be individualized session's of 45min-1 hour in length. 

*Additional travel fee's may be incurred if outside of 15 mile radius

We are also approved providers for Florida Step Up Scholarship services starting at age 3 and above. 

Maternal & infant services will be billed as one co-occupational service unless otherwise agreed upon for reimbursement purposes. These services will include infant screenings, developmental consultations, lactation consultations, wellness screenings, and more. 

Classes may be scheduled at different locations and through different organizations. If you are an organization interested in offering maternal group's please contact us to see how we can assist. Prices are based on class content and location.

Miscarriage support services are to assist mom's dealing with loss through the postpartum period. These services are free of charge.
